Bodybuilding may have saved Cho Seung-Hui and 32 people

Growing up back through the ages of 5-10, I had encountered many bullies in school and in the neighborhood I lived in. The bullies were all older than I was and much stronger. At that time, my older brothers and sister, whoever was around in hearing distance from the screams would come to my rescue. But that was not always in my favor and they weren't always around to scare the bullies away. The bullies sometimes had older brothers and sisters too, which made the retaliation and story telling interesting.

When your bullied as a kid, you don't want to involve anyone else from that reason. Reason being that you don't want to make it into something bigger than it needs to be, harm other allies or admit your weak.

I never told my parents I was being bullied, they never heard about any story ever.
I was very shy as a kid, never talked in the house or to strangers. I knew at that point, that
I had to start completely defending myself.

At age 10, I began strength training and at age 11 I also began Tae Kwon Do. What a powerful combination! I didn't know what bodybuilding was back then, but I knew doing an hour of push-ups, sit-ups, sprints and what I call stunt-man wall dives, made me stronger.

Korean Tae Kwon Do took that strength and made it functional, which I only used to it's fullest in self-defense as taught by my master. I was still small in size, but I could defend myself from bullies. Back then bullies didn't carry weapons of any kind. Maybe a rock or a stick. I had a close encounter with a chain, but that was it. Getting bullied didn't happen every day.

Let's just say, Tae Kwon Do gave me power to do something if it needed to be done.
I did have to use many times and it did save my ass. But practice makes perfect and I practiced every day for hours.

As I grew older, into my teens, the bullies were still there but I learned that the Tae Kwon Do did not really help that much since, there would need to be physical confrontation to prove your functional strength and self-defense. If it came to that, it was too late. So, I started taking strength training further into the art and discipline of muscular development aka Bodybuilding.

Bodybuilding puts size on your frame. You look bigger and you look like tough. It's an easy method to intimidate people, especially most bullies.

There are so many other benefits to bodybuilding that are beyond muscular development.

Aside from all the many physical changes, Bodybuilding positively and strongly increases:
  • Self-Confidence
  • Self-Assurance
  • Self-Esteem
  • Self-Image
  • Self-Mastery
  • Self-Control
  • Self-Discipline
  • Self-Respect
  • Self-Empowerment
Everything is for yourSelf. They don't call bodybuilders narcissists for nothing.
Since I started bodybuilding I have not once EVER had anyone try and pick a fight with me or bully me. It's not even attracted into my life. It is non-existent.

Do you have a son or daughter that's acting strange, shy, gettting bullied. Do you know someone that is ? Get them into a bodybuilding and Tae Kwon Do program. Train for a couple of years.
Don't have anyone to back you up in the meantime, then get into a support group FAST.

I'm not an expert in dealing with bullies by no means, but getting into Tae Kwon Do and Bodybuilding worked for me. It didn't work right away obviously, but in the end I was bully free.

Power Quotes

I just received this email from Mike Litman and instead of writing this down on a sticky note, I'm posting it because everyone should now just how powerful you can be. You are your own master and your own creator on this Earth.

-----BEGIN EMAIL QUOTE-----

"Always will I strive to be greater than I am. I must
SURPASS MYSELF. In each successive act, test,
encounter, thought, I will be GREATER than in the one
previous. I am what I am now, but in an hour I must
be MORE than I am now. In everything must I exert
more power to surpass myself."

Here's another one.

"From now on I vow I will try to act the part of a person
TEN TIMES bigger than I am now, for by so doing, I
construct greater powers in my own brain which will
actually build me into such a leader. I refuse to longer
be confined by the shadowy walls which heretofore have
cramped me into a narrow sphere. From this day forth
the word "limit" is banished from my mind.

Powerful stuff.

"Mike, did you write that?"

Nope.

These words of inspiration and power come from one of my
favorite books, this one written in 1917.

It's the 'Conquering Yourself' manual and I read
it at least 3x's a year because my focus and income
increase immediately after.

I put together a full life transformation system around
this incredible 1917 manual.

Want more power? Go here NOW and grab yourself a copy.

Real News about Vitamin D

There is a lot of old history about Vitamin D. New research about Vitamin D shows the immune system is measurably stronger by 3 or 4 times. Please watch this video by
Dr Joe Prendergast, M.D. of the Endocrine Metabolic Medical Center speaks on the benefits of Vitamin D.

If you get alot of sunlight, the body naturally manufacturer Vitamin D, however we all know some people don't get enough sunlight. When choosing a Vitamin D product make sure you buy it from a trust worthy and reputable company.

Vitamin D is widely available on the shelf - over the counter, you don't need a prescription for Vitamin D. I hope the government doesn't change that.

Civil Living Can Foster a Heart Attack

There are numerous clinical studies that prove stress and cause a heart attack in a person with existing heart disease. Of course, stress can lead to heart disease.

The big problem is that living civilized can actually increase the risk of heart disease.

"Rob, your not making sense...,being civil reduces stress because you control your behavior and don't get upset."

Read on.

Controlling your behavior does not mean you are controlling your feelings.
Controlling your feelings does not mean your creating healthy emotions, since your perception can be sub-conscious just like emotions.

As humans we feel, perceive and then we can control our behavior. We can promote
good emotions but most of the time we are just controlling our behavior.

An example: You wake up to a loud annoying alarm, which initially triggers a bad emotion -- believe it or not, you control the emotion by justifying you have lots of preparation and work to do today. Your act nice to everyone around you even though your feeling tired and edgy because you need your coffee fix. You get your coffee and continue to be nice to everyone even though your managing the pressures of work and life while being professional at all times, sitting for 6 hours in your cubicle chair. Your being civil because your not letting your feelings control your behavior. You sit at your cubicle tied down to your keyboard, while your heart beat
gets signals from your brain to jump, but hopefully not out the window.

What would you do if your let go of your emotions?

Tired after 6 hours of sleep? Your kidding me.

You don't question why 6 hours of sleep isn't enough to give you plenty of energy for the entire day. I know that I can charge my Creative Zen Vision player for 3 hours and have it run for days without coffee.

My point is, that you should not hide behind your controlled perception and behavior. Let your true and instinctual emotions lead the way. By nature, humans are not evil, so have no fear that your true emotions can only be good.

The catch is that your emotions, created by your brain are directly tied to physical systems of the body such as your cardio-vascular and cardio-respiratory systems and vice versa.

Researcher Dr Marcus Gray said: "We found a close association between the actual performance of the heart and activity in the cortex, which suggests that these brain regions listen closely to the beat-to-beat activity.

"We know that stress can increase the risk of sudden death through cardiac arrest and that the brain areas responsible for regulating heart function can be unbalanced by stress.

"Our research suggests that the cerebral cortex may play a significant role in these events by becoming involved in a vicious circle."

Here's how you STOP civil living from killing you!

It's simple, are you ready?

"Rob.. hurry I can't wait anymore."

Exercise Every Where !

Exercise at home, at the gym, in your car, at WORK, at relatives houses.

When you feel like you are controlling your behavior to be more civil, go do 30 jumping jacks cause jumping jacks will SAVE your life. Ask any fitness expert and they'll say the same thing.
