The Trencherman Diet

Everyone is so Anti-Caloric these days. Don't mind me and my salad, I'm trying not to feed my body the nutrients I need to improve optimal levels of energy and emotional balance.
Remember when you were a kid, you ate practically everything and anything. Were you a happy kid? I know I was. Nutella was a staple in my diet for 10 years. I don't eat it anymore since that time I ate the large bottle of it before going to bed and had nightmares my kidneys exploded. True dream.

You don't need to go as far as eating a jar of Nutella. That is over-board. But, my point is you DO need the right amount of calories to keep your metabolism high and feed yourself the right nutrients to supply your body good energy so you can go exercise!

When you calories are too low, you get depressed, your cortisol levels go up, your circulation decreases, and you get fat and lose muscle. If that's your goal, then keep on it.

You CAN eat and eat like a true Trencherman and actually build muscle quicker if that your goal and burn fat like a race car burns gas.

The solution is to eat above your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) which includes a close estimate of calories that you burn during the day from anything you do. As an example; Sex, Working Out, Drinking and Dancing, Walking, Sitting and Making dinner! Then add 300 calories to that number so that you can baseline the start of your diet and regress the calories over a planned period of time and planned program. There's lots of sites on the Internet that calculate BMR and activities. My favorite is http://www.caloriesperhour.com/

That's alot of calories and you'll feel bloated and may want to puke. Why do this?

You've been depriving your body of calories and nutrients for a while now. Your metabolism has slowed to a crawl. Your body won't burn calories if it doesn't need to. Especially, if your on a low calorie diet. You really think your body is burning calories from the food you eat? No. It's burning calories from the breakdown muscle tissue first, then fat. And if your not doing the right weight resistance training, you're wasting muscle fast and not fat.

So, you wanna get your metabolism into high gear and STOP the breakdown of muscle tissue instantly?

This is an example Trencherman Diet for a 210 lb man.

Stallone, Schwarzenegger and Chuck Norris

Stallone - from poor to rich, puts a lot of passion into his films, no doubt and never quits.
He's coming out with Rambo 4. That's right lalalalalala

The Big Oak - from poor to rich, from Mr. Olympia to Mr. Movies to Mr. Governer.
He's coming with movie - and this site is promoting it. It looks a little B rated, but that his style.
http://www.arnoldsneighborhood.com/

Chuck Norris - Doesn't wear a watch, HE decides what time it is. All I know about Chuck is that
he's the Martial Arts cowboy. There's rumors about him doing one last film, but all I found was his book http://www.laststreetfighter.com/

All three have a common thing, that is so powerful when applied even as little as 3 times a week. It's called passion!

Passion, is a great emotional wave, that feels really good. It's always in you to release your passion. You just have to gain stability, balance and go outside your comfort zone, the way you feel that YOU have control.

What you passionate about? You never know, you can go from your current you to a better you with some more passion.

"Doing Rambo is hard work ... Where do you think I am going to get this stuff in Burma?"

The famous Sly Stallone, failed to show he had a valid prescription for vials of human growth hormone that were in his luggage when he arrived for a promotional tour in February.

Stallone, 60, had also failed to declare the male hormone testosterone on a customs entry form, although he had legitimate medical reasons for carrying the drug.

Cloran fined Stallone, who was not present in court and had previously pleaded guilty, a total of about £1,250 on both charges and ordered him to pay prosecution costs of £4,100.

In a letter to the court in which he apologized for a "terrible mistake" , the hero of the Rocky and Rambo movies said he had taken the drugs for years for a medical condition that he did not disclose.

In an interview with customs officials after the growth hormone was discovered in his bags, Stallone said he was carrying such a large amount of the drug because he was about to go on location in Thailand and Myanmar (Burma) for three months to shoot the latest Rambo film.

Human growth hormone, a naturally-occurring substance that can be replicated synthetically and is used to build muscle mass, is considered a performance-enhancing drug in Australia and it cannot be imported without a permit.

The maximum penalty for bringing Jintropin (HGH) into Australia without a license is a fine of 110,000 Australian dollars (£45,700) and five years in prison.

But Stallone faced a maximum penalty of £9,000 on each of the two charges and no prison time because the matter was heard in a local, not federal, court.

Stallone, where's your prescription buddy? It's disappointing to see this type of news. But we all know, the first Rambo wasn't clean either, but at 60, you should setting a precedence for at least 2 generations of people that look up to you and want to be little Rambo themselves.
