Lagana Fitness Ranked on Google Page 1

I first launched Lagana Fitness, Bodybuilding | Fitness Success Coaching site, near the end of February. My ranking then was non-existent. After a couple of months, my ranking for the keyword "bodybuilding" was something like page 9 on Google.

It's now September 19th and my fitness and bodybuilding site is currently ranked on page 1 of Google for the keyword "bodybuilding" and is one of the most popular bodybuilding | fitness success coaching sites on the Internet.

I've added a new section called "Friends" and it's a link exchange.
