High Fructose Corn Syrup Myth

The consumption of HFCS increased by 1000% between 1970 and 1990. The digestion differs when you eating HFCS, it does not increase insulin. That's not really a good thing, because your appetite increases, so you keep eating. So, indirectly HFCS can make you addicted and get fat. Indirectly, your leptin hormone because imbalanced as well. Your leptin levels are tricked by the high amount of HFCS, so that hormone decreases. HFCS is too much for your genes to adapt that quickly.
