Rob Lagana taught me that steroids were not needed to chisel a great body. I really appreciate what I've learned from Rob so far. He's a true motivational expert and is very knowledgeable in helping you reach your goal.

" I would NEVER, be where I am, right now, if it weren't for YOU. You are like MY angel, who has come along to save ME. Already, in just a short period of time, you have made me see, that there is a way to change, and that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Most importantly, you have also given back to me the "hope", which was once lost.

This has been a really tough starting journey, but with you next to me, (not always physically), but knowing, that you are always there in the background, cheering me on, and that you genuinely care.. have faith in me, (that I can do it, where others may have not), makes it a little easier and keeps me smiling.

Thank you for reading my emails, for caring, and responding to me so quickly when in need
:-).. for all the phone calls, and checkups...and most importantly for just being you. In the end, I hope to make us both proud at the finish line, saying we DID IT, and, that we did it RIGHT!

I was really impressed with the width and depth of the articles. This is really a comprehensive website for someone who is serious about fitness. Rob Lagana has a keen focus on the nutrition and wellness of the whole body. It looks like he trains all of you, mentally coaching you alongside your physique.

hey robert! im not sure if u remember but a while back i emailed you asking for some advice on cutting for a contest...well ...............i competed!!!!! i didn't enter the bodybuilding division because i didn't think i'd cope (im a full time university student) however i entered the sportsmodel category because the diet was a little less harsh and slightly more manageable i suppose. i just wanna say that now that i've had a taste of what it's like to be disciplined and dedicated to improving the body, i finally understand why you do what you do!! keep up the great work with the newsletters, and thankyou for being an inspiration to many people out there!!

Recently I saw your posing videos on Youtube. They are just purely
inspiring. It is so heartening to see that there is a growing number of
people who are bodybuilding without all the drugs.

You show that Bodybuilding is a combination of sport, science and a true
art.

At the moment I'm only a beginner and so am trying to read as much as
possible about the natural way to go about this fascinating sport.
Unfortunately so much of the stuff on the net and in magazines is aimed at
those who are willing to take any short-cut possible using steroids etc. I'm
just not interested in any of that and am convinced that there is a natural
way of doing this sport.
You are proof of that .

Rob has helped me reach my first goal which was to lose 20 pounds in a short time. I really enjoy the eating plan and don't crave sweets anymore. I will definitly continue acheive my second goal with the help of Rob to create training phases and monitor my progress as I train for my first marathon.

I expected Rob's job to be the most motivating and inspiring trainer and I was not let down.
Rob is a fantastic trainer for lots of reasons, the most important being his genuine enthusiasm and support. He is committed to getting you results. I have been working with Rob for just over 5 months now and lost 23 pounds and can juggle tennis balls standing on one foot balanced on a BOSU.
I'm 58 years old and I feel great!

Rob is fantastic at knowing exactly when to change your training and diet. His approach is unlike I've seen when it comes to helping you set your goals and giving you a plan of attack. There is no question that Rob is qualified and experienced enough to help even the worst type of client. I had a negative outlook of dieting and training until I decided to sign up with Rob. I had hit a plateau in my training and dieting made me weak.

I am very happy I signed up with Rob and the results I'm getting are great. I've lost 17 pounds, but added 3/4 inch on my arms and 1 1/2 inches on my upper legs. My strength is my deadlift increased by 180 lbs in 12 weeks. That's a consistent 2 % increase in strength every week for deadlifts.

I worked with Rob for 6 months now and over that period of time, lost 54 pounds. I went from a size 44 to 33 in jeans. I had bad knee pain from squatting and leg press exercises, but I'm now completely pain free , just from Rob's help. I couldn't bench press 135 lbs but in 6 months, I am now bench pressing 135 lbs for 8 reps. I have recommended Rob to my relatives and friends and they agree that they will reach their fitness and health goals just as fast as I did.
