Cancellation and Refunds

Please be aware that all training services offered at Lagana Fitness are final sale. Refunds on personal training sessions or custom programs will not be honored without a qualifying medical reason. This reason must be presented to us in writing and must be signed by a licensed health care provider. Before purchasing any of our services, please consult your Doctor for approval.

All personal training packages have a 1 year expiry. It is the responsibility of each client to contact their trainer for follow-up appointment. If we have not heard from you for the completion of your purchased sessions within one year from the date of purchase your sessions will expire and will not be honoured or refunded.
